January 2019
Dietary Cook:
The hospital has good benefits and pays above average. The problem is they contract their management out. I work under Sodexo and they are awful! Their top management has no clue how to properly manage. They use threats and give write ups nobody signs. When you try to transfer they lie about your attendance. The hospital human resources does nothing unless corporate is called. After which there are repercussions. Sodexo doesn't even follow its own policies. They make a good job hard to enjoy.
