Pros: I love all my colleagues and the environment and love the changes my CEO has done. Such a major improvement to the home especially after the floods.
Cons: Staying back nearly every day or coming in early up to an hour nearly every day and missing and cutting breaks down just to get our work done as it cannot be left.
