What is it like working as a Dietary Cook?

January 2021
I work in Northlake Illinois. And working for this company is not a good experience.
Dietary Cook in Melrose Park:
Pros: It's Northlake.
November 2020
Stressful.
Dietary Cook in Trempealeau:
Pros: Successfully cooking meals and keeping a clean kitchen.
Cons: I am not getting paid enough for everything I have to do. Many days we have been short staffed and I have gotten a lot of extra stuff put onto my shoulders. Our management doesn’t seem like they want to hire more people even though we barely have enough people to get everything done. Many times everything does not get done like it’s suppose to.

Not sure of the future, very little communication between management and employees. No room for growth. Raises are very poor.
