Dunkin' Donuts Reviews

What is it like working at Dunkin' Donuts?

Extremely stressful and unforgiving, not worth the stress, treated poorly for no reason.
Team Leader, General in North Liberty:
Pros: The people i work with
Cons: Management
Stressful, overwhelming, unorganized, busy, fast paced.
Member Service Representative in Ravena:
Pros: My customers, and most of my coworkers. Also how close it is to home.
Cons: Poor teamwork skills, favoritism, owners/management worried about the wrong things, poor or broken equipment henceforth making it hard to do a good job at the job, no holiday pay or time and a half/double time on holidays, no overtime unless you work more than 40 hours (which they in most cases frown upon working more than 40).
General / Operations Manager in Bedford:
Pros: Routine, my amazing customers and fabulous crew
Cons: The pay , working for free , no room for growth, the company doesnt listen to our daily issues
Stressful.
Sales Associate in Nutley:
Pros: The interactions with customers and good positive vibes at work sometimes. Also some of the perks given as a worker.
Cons: The incompetent people who work there and do not contribute in helping the store be better and look a a lot cleaner. Also the par rate is not as good as other stores particularly mine seeing how new employees get paid the same as me and i have been here for 3 years.
I make minimum wage to manage an entire store and its employees.
Restaurant Manager in Downey:
Pros: I get a free coffee during the day.
Cons: I have inquired about a raise a multitude of times and nothing has come out of it. Minimum wage just increased and I now make the same amount as the people I manage. I am not paid for my worth and work.
High stress, a lot of pressure when they have call ins, long hours as we are short staffed, fat paced, are made to feel like u have to cover for someone who calls out.
Cashier in Granville:
Pros: Fast paced, 40 percent discount, the ppl who work there are good. Most of them anyway
Cons: We are forced to feel alot if pressure if someone calls out and you cannot cover for them. We get the next weeks schedule only a couple of days before that week starts and it’s blamed on us that it’s not done. We all do shiftleader work but are only paid starting wage. The hours are horrible as I’m mid shift/closer so I can go in at 1 then close at 730. You don’t get an 8 hour day so basically she can put you on the schedule for 7 days a week at 5 to 6 hours a day and it’s not fair at all.
Full of experience.
Electrical Engineer in Riyadh:
Pros: the diversity in the functional tasks
Cons: the lake of the manpower that was in my department
