What is it like working at Dunkin' Donuts?

Fast loud and fun.
Crew Leader in Paris:
Pros: I love being a barista I love mixing and making all the coffee drinks and getting a smile from the customer when I made the taste they were looking for
Cons: No communication
Fun and fast paced environment keeps you busy and on your toes. Everyday is different and challenging in its own way.
Retail Store Manager in Wichita:
Pros: How close upper management is with store level employees
Cons: My pay
Awful.
Team Leader, General in Tampa:
Pros: Clocking out it took getting fired on Maternity leave to quit cuz I loved what I did but sadly was terminated
Cons: The lack of personable aesthetics I never felt like a human there I felt like a mule yelled at and pushed to limits I couldn’t reach then scolded for not being able to bypass my physical mental and emotional boundaries
No raise in almost 3 years.

Pros: My staff and the products we sell Also my store makes more money wirh lower labor than any of the other 5 stores in our franchise
Cons: My pay and the hours i work for the low pay
