What is it like working at Dunkin' Donuts?

Ok job horrible pay.
Crew Leader in Coopersburg:
Pros: not the pay
Cons: for being the biggest dunkin' gas station in pa ( customers wise ) it only pay 8.5 / hr to start and 9 /hr when shift lead. manager barely make 12. that's absurd! Aka the reason i am done
Not the worst.
Cashier in Perry Hall:
Pros: I get good hours
Cons: Schedule is never on time very poor communication
Not worth it.
Assistant Manager in Opelika:
Pros: Coworkers/free coffee
Cons: The pay/stress level
Good and bad.

Cons: Bonuses are hard to achieve. Was told I'd be paid a salary amount that I'm not being paid.
Really stressful, no help from upper management, q and also no help with crew.

Pros: Working with customers. Making sure they are getting quality products and speedy service. Seeing them happy because they've been given excellent service.
Cons: People not being trained properly to perform the duties. Being questioned about my knowledge from employees while not been trained properly. Being talked down to by employees who do the jobs they have been assigned less the extraordinary. Having to work under people who have less knowledge in my field of employment. Being over worked and under paid.
Easy job and pays decent for what it is.
Cashier:
Pros: -Free food and drinks during my shift. -Cash tips at the end of each shift. -Schedule is consistent and allows for a good work/life balance.
Cons: -Waking up early in the morning. -Doesn't utilize my college education.
