Where the standards match the name: Low(e's)
Customer Service Associate in Toronto:
Pros: Pay is issued on time, and regularly.
Cons: Store Leadership is Cliqué-y and plays favorites. Scheduling is unpredictable. Poor pay for the amount of work expected, and is below the living wage for my city. Store leadership is inflexible, unimaginative, and unwilling to hear feedback. Staff are not appreciated, but rather tolerated.
It's a good way to learn something new everyday.
