Nerve Racking at Times!!

Rewarding.

Forklift Operator in Bradley:
Pros: The people I work with, management isn't very good
Cons: Supervisors knowing less than employees
Assistant Store Manager in Medford:
Very long hours, pulled every direction, compensation is just okay. Bonus structure is not great, specially if you are in a store that is not in growth mode. Healthcare is expensive. Not a “cool” company to work at but it pays the bills.
No communication from management.
Pro Shop Clerk in Salem:
Pros: Able to solve new problems with customers every day
Cons: Hearing stuff 2ND or 3rd hand and no help
Communications Manager in Mooresville:
Pros: The team mentality - from my direct reports, peers and direct leadership, and larger organization our departments falls into, I’ve never been on such a supportive and engaged team.
Cons: Unpredictability of Operational Communications, tight deadlines and other teams that do not work as collaboratively as my own.
