Cons: It is very fickle, you never really know if your job is safe.
Great until my title was deranked.

Fast pacen, busy.

Pros: all my vacation
Cons: lack of accountability for certain people
Excellent.

Cons: Everyone always coming to me for answers even if it means they should know how to do their job,but come to me to do it for them.
Decent company.
Loss Prevention Manager:
Pros: The job has some great perks including healthcare, pto, and incentives for reaching goals. The policies and procedures that are in place work well if used. Also, their training program and blue prints are great for new associated if used.
Cons: Like any company management is not consistent. They do no enforce the training programs at a store level.
