Also my store makes more money wirh lower labor than any of the other 5 stores in our franchise

Job was great. Culture, Food and specs on execution.
Excellent. Upper Management and pay not very good. No merit pay increases nor promotions from within as per company policy. Even with highest scores and lowest turnover in the company. Good ol'boy buddy system.
