General Manager, Restaurant Reviews
What is it like working as a General Manager, Restaurant?
January 2022
General Manager, Restaurant in Fairfax:
Pros: I have a great staff, albeit very understaffed at the moment. I love the community and the small towns we serve, I love that our franchise is awesome with repairs and stays on top of maintenance.
Cons: When corporate is about roll out new products without notifying all GMs across the country. It’s happened a few different times over the last couple periods. Those of us who are franchise (w/corp benes) also need to be kept up to date with the latest information. As a franchise I think we lose out on timely notification and information.
