What is it like working at Capitec Bank?

It's nice but because of the salary scale one is unable to buy themselves houses.

Pros: Interacting with clients.
Cons: Besides salary there's really nothing.
Not great as they use backwards processes like filling paperwork and not digitalizing.

It is a good job, however it requires one to work long hours in and out of office.
