It Goes Way Beyond the End User.
User Experience Designer:
To be able to actually engage in UX, you need to do a lot more than just worry about the end user. You need to learn how to be an UX advocate and spread the 'UX way' pretty much every day. It's common to see companies hiring UX Designers to do exactly the same as Graphic Designers. Most people don't understand exactly what your responsibilities are and it's up to you to teach them.
