User Experience Designer:
Pros: I like working in a multidisciplinary environment where I have the opportunity to be involved with strategic planning. I have a very good relationship with my manager and she is a great mentor. I also have gotten a lot of exposure throughout the company because I have been involved with many teams.
Cons: I don't have very much work flexibility, I have a finite amount of paid time off and the option to work from home once a month. I have also been given a very heavy workload as a junior level associate early on in my time at the company so far. It has been very high stress and we are generally understaffed and there is a very slow a bureaucratic hiring process.

Ok.
User Experience Designer:
Pros: Being a part of the process of bringing ideas to life. I love thinking about how what I'm doing is hopefully going to make someone somewhere much happier (or at least much less frustrated). Work culture is awesome. I meet really cool people.
Cons: Process and lack there of. I dislike working with clients and stakeholders who have a different vision that I don't agree with. I dislike presenting.

Stop doing... Start listening.
User Experience Designer:
Listen more than you talk. I am amazed at the number of times I see people completely miss the point someone is trying to make because they are trying harder to make their own point. If you are in the UX business you have to gather told of information and really understand that information so you can make clear decisions that will influence the way people interact with your products.
