We all want to be more efficient and not forget anything with lists. Well in the Tourism field you never know what will happen with your days. It's always challenging and different even if you are doing the same tasks every day. The lists might help but don't get sick following it. Only the "One minute at a time, one project at a time" mantra will get you through a day :)
