Pros: I have autonomy and support at the same time. My goals are my responsibility. So long as I show up ready I am good to go.
I don’t fear Senior Leadership. Everyone is accessible, even the Board of Directors. They’re often traveling the globe and you can always say hello.
Cons: Not everyone has the same great experience that I have. I’d like more people to take part in the positive changes that are happening.
