Sr. Human Resources (HR) Business Partner Reviews
What is it like working as a Sr. Human Resources (HR) Business Partner?
July 2021
Always underappreciated yet driving the business to a better future.
Sr. Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in Johannesburg:
Pros: I get to change the mindset and mentality of other managers in terms if how they manage their staff. I get to experience a company that genuinely cares about it's staff, and my work is in the background so I don't get placed under massive pressure to deliver results- it's often fun to strategically tackle challenges (through coaching and people) without directly solving them.
Cons: I don't have a next step and often feel underappreciated and undervalued when I compare myself to other staff members who I coach, guide and try to build up on a regular basis.
April 2021

California Bank & Trust is where careers go to DIE!! Career Development does not exist there. Average annual raise is only 2%, which is a joke. Benefits are an even bigger joke. This is the worst place I ever worked!

Antiquated technology and operating procedures.
