What is it like working as a Retail Store Assistant Manager?

Retail Store Assistant Manager in Memphis:
For the most part I love my job at stage stores retail! The pay is much less than other retail store and you dont get the praise for the work you complete! I have been there for 3 years and I maintain the whole store from taking in freight to all the visual in every department and I've only received a total of .40 cent raise and that is with me always coming in keeping my goals in credit and mags met and going above and beyond in completing my job!
