Retail Store Assistant Manager Reviews
What is it like working as a Retail Store Assistant Manager?
February 2020
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Memphis:
For the most part I love my job at stage stores retail! The pay is much less than other retail store and you dont get the praise for the work you complete! I have been there for 3 years and I maintain the whole store from taking in freight to all the visual in every department and I've only received a total of .40 cent raise and that is with me always coming in keeping my goals in credit and mags met and going above and beyond in completing my job!

JCPenney allows me to have a great work/life balance as a salaried employee. The pay and amount of PTO they offered when I was hired was above average. The new CEO seems to really know her stuff and the company is headed in a more profitable direction.
