Cons: Lack of communication between head office and store level, low pay, meaning some employees on min wage can’t even get a ride to work voucher despite working for a company passionate about bikes. Not appreciated at work by those higher than you are. Lots of experience and expertise needed to sell high end products but not Paid well enough so always a high staff turn over and they would rather not pay any extra money to keep the good staff

Cons: It’s always feels like we are understaffed. A lot of movement happening inside the company.

Cons: Very slow not much hours even if there were it'd be draining cleaning the same area for 40 more hours a day without a customer or other employee to have a conversation.
