Overall the benefits are a mixed bag.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Coventry:
As a shift supervisor, I am not very high on the totem pole, so my benefits are a little limited. I don't have access to the medical insurance, but it is apparently pretty good. The 401k and Roth IRA contributions are matched up to 5%, which is pretty standard, but it is nice to have. Based on hours worked, we do get a fairly small amount of personal time, but it isn't that significant. CVS also offers an employee assistant employee assistant program that supposedly help people through life crises. I don't know anyone who uses it, including myself. We also get a 20% off store discount, and few other minor things. Everyone besides Store Mangers and Pharmacists make absolutely insulting pay for the huge amount of work and responsibility they put upon us.
