Retail Shift Supervisor Reviews
What is it like working as a Retail Shift Supervisor?
January 2019
Retail Shift Supervisor:
Working for Rite Aid was ohk for the most part my staff made it worth being there for the most part. I enjoyed being a supervisor for my store but not for the company. They pay to little for all of things you go through on a daily basis at the stores. And they don't care how bad the weather is outside you will have to stay no matter what.

More Pay, More Paying.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Honolulu:
Pros: * People are relaxed; city people WILL succeed for hustling and bustling.
* Nice weather and Outdoor life!
* Food
Cons: * You WILL be frustrated with the quality and speed of work in team environment. Have patience because these people who are usually relaxed will show you how the local braddahs and sistas like outsiders.
* Cost of living is too high for anyone to be out in Hawaii alone. Need a partner who makes decent living as well - or parents like how most Hawaii born people do.

Retail Shift Supervisor in Findlay:

Cons: To far
May 2018

Cons: Stress

Many years of coffee.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Merrick:
Pros: I enjoyed the fast paced environment for many years and the great people I have met a long the way.
Cons: The town of South Merrick was a very special group of customers. They were very nasty and rude to many of the workers and never wanted to pay full price for what they ordered. The managers I have experienced through out the years have been hit or miss. The ones that were a miss really brought the morale down in the store which as a result caused a very stressful environment.
