Pros: The people that I work with make things fun.
Cons: The rude customers, sometimes the truck comes late.

Pros: I like being able to meet all new people every day in an enviroment that is very relaxed. Most of these people are extremely happy as they don't have to get out of their vehicle to pump their own fuel.
Cons: Some of the people that I meet are extremely rude and want you to do things that are not possible or try to scam us.

Pros: I enjoy the work and the opportunity to help other employees to achieve their best.
Cons: It can be very challenging when having to deal with a huge wave of customers.

Pros: Helping people, fast paced environment, something new every day.
Cons: Unrealistic goals, not having the proper tools to do the job, poor training.

Retail Shift Supervisor:
Pros: The things I like best about my job are creating spectacular displays, resetting plan-o-grams, and just generally making the store look and feel welcoming. I like when my team and I work together towards a cohesive goal and obtain it.
Cons: I like least about my job that I can do the work and not be recognized for it verbally or pay-wise. I would like a raise, and I feel I deserve it.
