Pros: The customers, my employees.
Cons: The owner takes big percentage of the tips, I get paid minimum wage, I have most of the responsibilities.

The R.m is the owner of the job but with no capital invested.
Restaurant Manager:
Pros: You are the owner with no investment. You employ crew ,you coach you train you see them growing in age and in profession. You have budgets and targets to achieve and if you reach them its like winning the football league you will be the best coach for thatnyear.
Cons: You have a lot of reponsabilities.Pratically even if your at home your mind works 24/7. As your mobile phone is on all day.

It takes consistentancy and paitience.

Pros: My supervisor is a sweetheart. I like that my hours are very stable and my schedule is fairly similar each week.
Cons: Our franchise owners immediately after taking over our region reduced or eliminated paid vacation time. Most of us had accrued 2-3 weeks, now nothing.

Pros: Working with people.
Cons: Too many hours.

Pros: I can make my own decisions, run my FOH the way I want, hold people accountable, have input, make bonus, hire and fire people.
Cons: I have been over looked 6x for a kitchen manager position because I was told I was took good in the front and I need to be the stability in the store.
