Pros: Perks of being a Restaurant manager is that it is a very social job and can be fun to be paid to interact with people.
Cons: Managing people takes the right type of person. It is impossible to please everyone, and this creates stress for the manager. Training, hiring and firing also is a task that should not be taken lightly.
