Great opportunity for new techs.

Pros: I live my co-workers, they are my second family.
Cons: No job satisfaction or room for growth. Great for a new tech to get their feet wet at a slow pace, but no growth potential, and VERY hard to get a raise. No reviews at all. Low stock of medications and supplies. Run out way to often, I feel this is very unprofessional when you can only full half an RX and have to call the owners when you get a shipment. Happens daily.

Pros: Over the past 4 years, having an environment that I simultaneously was able to grow and learn but be guided into supervisor roles has been paramount. I didn't always have a supervisor so when I became a supervisor I became the supervisor I always wanted.
