I love what I do but working for a corporation is unfavorable.
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in Matthews:

May 2021
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in Santa Rosa:
Competitive pay to start but advancing is difficult and raises are miniscule. Fair benefits, one medical plan and it's terrible coverage. Culture varies from hospital to hospital but is mostly conveyor belt preventive medicine - you won't find exciting cases here because anything advanced gets referred out. Expect to upsell the wellness plans daily and if you don't meet numbers your tiny raise will suffer. Antithesis of Fear Free.
January 2021
Great colleagues and interesting job.
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in Palmerston North:
Pros: Challenge and team spirit
Cons: Too many night emergencies and not enough staff
