NRHS is an amazing place to work!

Pros: I love that my fellow healers at NRHS are more than coworkers, they’re like family. The hospital system is large enough to be able to provide a wide scope of care, but small enough to maintain the closeness of a work family.
Cons: NRHS is always trying to cut costs to save money when they can (like all businesses/organizations), so they are reluctant to offer opportunities for overtime, bonuses, or significant raises.
