For a hospital in Florida about what you expect. Pros great benefits, lots of opportunities for growth and job change within the company. Cons constantly working short staffed, high ratios are now becoming the norm with no concerns for safe patient staffing assignments, management that sometimes pretends to care but never comes through with any realistic long term affective changes and they don't have to pretty much they are the only option in the county for healthcare.

Extremely Busy.

Pros: 401k match to 6 percent. PTO. Many hospitals in the same city are part of the group so you can just transfer.
Cons: 4-1 ratio of critical patients, some of them should be in ICU not IMC. Other hospitals dont allow that but Spring Valley does. The standards should be equal for all hospitals.
