Stressful.
Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Altoona:
Pros: Talking with the Vets and helping them understand health
Cons: Having told her hat group of people need to be on high risk group when some don't and I know some that need to be yet I am told only the ones that meet certain criteria can be on list even though they don't want bothered get angry and ruins the trust I have built with them to be compliant with treatment before they were put on the list. Also high ri so patient's should be a job in itself if it is to be done correctly. The RN's should not have to put orders in for the doctor's so they just have to sign them review the very tax for them. They need to know what is going on with their patients. The TH should on have to focus on he high risk patients follow their fax's put in orders etc.

Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN):
Always understaffed and under appreciated.
Great physicians but poor management. Stayed for years hoping it would get better but it didn’t. Nurses are under paid and MAs are paid even worse but expected to do RN roles outside of their scope of practice.
