It is amazing. Banner offers such good quality healthcare and expects high standards from it's employees. Banner is always changing and advancing it how it operates.

Pros: The quality of staff, the management, the amazing culture at work and the quality of work that is expected. They offer the Clinical Ladder for RN'S tone courage growth and receive additional compensation.
Cons: Working in the largest banner hospital is stressful. We get the sickest patients sent to us from other hospitals. I also have to commute 35 miles from home to work at this hospital.
