Work the late hours and make sure all your crews have what they need. Give constructive criticism clinically and day to day operations. Give just as much good feedback as negative or constructive feedback. Organization, pre-planning, inventory and anticipation are all paramount job necessities. In a way you have to play both sides of the fence. The job is not exactly management but more than just an hourly employee. If it was Military, you would be the NCO.
