Pros: Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks.
Cons: The company was growing quickly, so it was a bit disorganized and i often had multiple supervisors and senior team members giving me different instructions

Cons: I feel that they don't respect us Tracker they way they should and that is reflected in our pay. They do not pay us enough for the work that we do

Cons: The pay. I don't feel they pay their employees a decent wage for all the work that we do. I don't feel like that respect my team or appreciate how hard we work to achieve the goals they set and expect us to meet and exceed
