Pros: Excellent facility and co-workers who, for the most part, are committed to their jobs.
Cons: Co-workers not engaged with their jobs and just show up without commitment to do better. Little recognition is given to those who do superior work.
Pay is not good compare to specialized job performed.

Cons: Office politics, very few full-time jobs, employees who do specialized work are not value
