Pros: Assisting our patients and helping them on a daily basis

Cons: They treat you as if your a store manager without the pay or the promotion. They expect you to bend over backwards for them when they don't give you any inclination that you will grow and be promoted.

Cons: Often time the team is off focus and things get mixed up or the proper way to do something is done the wrong way because of unconfirmed procedures.
