There’s a lot of expectations and limited resources. The metrics have to be perfect or you’re looked down up.

Cons: High expectations with no consideration or even a proper pay to compensate the work they want achieved.

Cons: Lack of communication, throwing each other under the bus, favoritism of other employees over the others and being tossed into the thick of things with a medical condition

Pros: Making close to $18 dollars an hour with only a little college is really hard to get outside of a factory job. Hard to complain about that.
Cons: Being in the medical field during the years 2020-2022 is about as fun as you would expect
