Pros: Friendly colleagues with leaders ready to help you whenever you need it.
Cons: Transparency regarding pay
It’s a great but at the same time I would recommend no one this position because Mentally its the work you can do.

Pros: I like most of the things, Teleperformance is great (BUT) internally from Salaries to Working as a team between Departments its frustrating. (No proper System)
