Great work environment, pay is very unfair and everyone knows it.

Cons: I am paid like at least 10 to 15 dollars less than I should and less than other people doing the same job.

Pros: It's close to home, 12 hour shifts
Cons: Changes in policy at Management's discretion. Favoritism. Working short staffed

Pros: Growth at the ASC in low and their are no opportunities to move up. At the acute level in the hospital, growth is available and expected.

Cons: Short staffed, stronger leadership and accountability, lacking respect between shifts
Hard work, great benefits, decent compensation but not the highest.

Cons: Unfair base pay, in some situations. However I think the organization tries very hard to address this issue
