Genesis HealthCare Reviews
What is it like working at Genesis HealthCare?
Super stressful, but can be rewarding at times.
Maintenance Director in Coventry:
Pros: The people I work with, the residents I work for
Cons: Management. Staffing.
Do the work!
Maintenance Director in Farmington:
Pros: I feel that the management team works extremely well together and having that type of atmosphere is encouraging for the staff.
Cons: Having to repair years of prior directors that did more computer work and not enough actual repairs and preventive maintenance.
I don't feel like I can make decisions in this company.
Housekeeping Supervisor in Colorado Springs:
Pros: I love the residents and the people I work with.
Cons: The company takes too much away.
Great learning experience but can be stressful.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in los ángeles:
Pros: Improving patient wellness.
Cons: Lack of management support.
Employees complaint to much and cause drama because of covid but it is our job.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Thornton:
Pros: The residents of course and the people who trained me and the hard work they put it well some of them
Cons: The managers and the way they are with employees at time and the facility itself need more action
I work for an awesome facility. Corporate on the other hand lacks in the ability to train for rural facilities.
Payroll & Benefits Coordinator in Deer Lodge:
Pros: They are a very big corporation and offer a lot of things for their employees
Cons: Upper management in corporate are the least interested in our facility and when we are in need of something that could cause a jeopardy tag from the state we have a difficult time getting approval for those things
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Lake Worth:
Stay away! This company doesn’t care about its employees at all! All they care about is profit and numbers, patient care is not important to them. They are unethical and you will never see a raise as long as you’re there !
