I can't stress how much I love the VA and all they have done for me and and my family. I would like to retire from here after a long and rewarding career.

Pros: The most I like about my job at the VA is it is a learning facility and our doctors enjoy educating staff and patients when asked. Our patients are one of a kind and they appreciate the staff. The staff treat you like family and tend to look out for one another.
Cons: Least like the pay scale for LVNs at the VA
