Pros: Pay is above average and guaranteed hours no matter what. Paid holidays, % increase working nights and higher % working weekends.
Cons: Management in the department and all around is not that great. Their jobs are secure so they don't have a lot of motivation.
Love working with the Vet.

Pros: Health insurance is good
Cons: Raises if you transfer go away until the following 1 year timeframe
A lot of favoritism toward vets.

Pros: teleworking, no phone work, no micro-managing
