The technology and generally working with smart and nice people.
Senior Director, Operations in Denver:
Pros: Great benefits
Cons: The disrespect from my VP and lack of visibility.
Daily work is great and satisfying, but the company a whole is a woke joke.
Cable Technician in Port Huron:
Pros: I'm independent and free to solve problems to the best of my ability. I'm paid decently, and have a decent benefit package.
Cons: The company as a whole has embraced woke culture, which is very devicive and detracts from the empowerment to have independent thought. If you aren't parroting what they want to hear, you're unlikely to climb off of the bottom rung. The company also needs to do a better job at staying relevant. people are leaving traditional media behind, but our sales reps are still being encouraged to package video and internet together.
Employee Communications Director in Denver:
While every division, organization and team will have unique experiences, my time with Comcast has been exceptional. I enjoy the people with whom I work, I love the work I’m doing, and I feel well compensated. I recommend Comcast as an exceptional employer.
Great culture. Major technical challenges being tackled by highly competent people.
Software Developer in Philadelphia:
Pros: I have really great relationships with my teammates and I also have great managers.
Cons: Working in a large company comes with organizational challenges which often results in waiting for some other team to finish some task before you can move forward with your work.
Build the change we need in society.
Senior Product Management Director in Philadelphia:
Pros: Positively impact millions of customers with a product that improves their lives
Cons: A big corporate environment, but rapidly becoming less bureaucratic. Good leadership and COVID have changed the culture.
Great company and great teams.
Security Analyst in Aurora:
Pros: Great company to work for with a lot of innovation. There is a lot of room to grow through the company with unlimited opportunities
Cons: Competitive pay with peers and transparency with salary expectations.
A Great Place to Learn.
Human Resources Information Systems Analyst (HRIS) in Philadelphia:
Pros: I’m exposed to industry standard technology
Cons: There’s little to no direction when internal initiatives are rolled out.
