What is it like working at Comcast Cable, Inc.?

It's a whole new world.
Human Resources Analyst in Philadelphia:
Pros: So many new things to learn
Cons: Not a lot of front facing contact
Not worth it.
Marketing Communications Specialist in Atlanta:
Pros: The familial environment
Cons: Pay & lack of voice
Challenging work and low pay.
Cable Technician in Boca Raton:
Pros: I like troubleshooting
Cons: Low pay. Everybody knows it but won't do anything about it.
Operations Supervisor:
Micro managed daily and no set pay scale for Supervisors. Set Metrics change thru out the year and held against you at review time. Management thinks that raising the techs pay scale will boost morale, but yet Front line field leaders are not compensated for what they do. To be honest over 20 years and seriously interested in looking else ware to get paid fairly for the position that reflects the business daily. Managers and above are compensated fairly. Comcast should think Again about there front line leaders pay or they are going to loose a lot of employees in 2019 to competitors.
Executive Negotiating Salary.
Sales Account Executive in Houston:
Pros: Comcast is a great company and very successful.
Cons: Very politically motivated and very aggressive when changes are made.
I love what I was doing.
Financial Analyst:
Pros: Working alone and the hours I worked.
Cons: The pay was too low for what I was doing.
Frusturating controlling uncontrollable problems like wifi.
Communications Technician:
Pros: Company vehicle.
Cons: Pay and the one size fits all mentality not being valued as a individual and feel like a small price to a huge machine. Management that is very disengaged from there patrons.
