Restaurant Assistant Manager in Columbus:
Pros: I like the atmosphere. I love the people I work with or at least most of them.
Cons: The process to fire bad workers is too extensive. They must have 4 write ups before getting fired. And all 4 have to be from the same problem. Someone can call off several times in a month and not get fired.
Inspire Brands has a great culture and a lot of diversity. The open door policy is nice and I feel that management listens to my opinions and suggestions most of the time.

Pros: Appreciation and culture
Cons: Currently an AP Analyst but doing the work of a lead/senior. Waiting for promotion that I have worked for and deserve but not sure I will get it or that I will not be given an adequate raise.
