Pros: i like that im left mostly to myself and my team. but when it comes to reaching the office about any issues they have and will change their number and physical adress without telling everyone.
Cons: lack of important updates. they moved the office without telling the smaller sites who are self sufficient for the most part. there is no proper pay progression. in 2021 inflation was 7% so far half way through2022 we are already at 4.58%inflation and has the company done anything to correct our pay? NO. nothing even in the works. this job is not worth the crap the office puts you through.
