Cons: Where do I begin... Middle management are idiots who have no idea on what they are doing, you only get promoted if you are liked instead of if you are good at your job. If you do what they say they want you to do, and work as per their core values, they persecute and outcast you... They have managers instead of leaders, and the few that could lead area often driven out.
