Picker in Palmerston North:
Pros: That we are treated as equals and no one is better then others, able to learn new skills and learning the In's and Outs of the company.
Cons: That there are some fixed term contracts and may have to look for work else where once the contract is up.
I love it.

Pros: Flexibility in my roster, helpful line managers and opportunities to make friends that last a lifetime.
Cons: Sometimes I have to stay back knowing it's not what they want me to do and it makes me a little stressed but I know that the customers need their orders picked and packed.
I multi tusk but my salary don't correspond with my physical work.

It is hard but fulfilling work working in customer service and making customers happy.
