Pros: I get to work with many different backgrounds of people, making a difference in people's lives
Cons: Nothing really
It is quite challenging sometimes but the experience has been rewarding thus far, in the sense that I have grown personally when comes to interacting with others, both staff and customers.

Pros: The opportunity for growth is always readily available and the brand’s reputation forces you to be you best self both at work and in your personal life
Cons: Working under pressure is a norm

Pros: Woolies X is an amazing place to work. It's a relaxed and startup atmosphere but still being part of the biggest company in Australia. There is room for innovation and new ideas and everyone encourage that. Also is very dynamic.
Cons: Lot of employees are contractors and there is no structure in career progression or development
Good at first but tiring and repetitive after numerous years.
