Pros: Flexibility is great, Working with talented professionals is great, Stable Company to work for
Cons: Internal advancement and pay system is terrible. They will hire someone externally for almost 2x what they would pay you to move up into some positions.

Pros: The flexible time and work hours and autonomy on the job.
Cons: No pay increases, cut PTO hours, and working inside companies where people are paid more than you to do less.

Pros: It can be family oriented
Cons: There are no consequences for not following rules/guidelines, promotions ate given for the most part..to undeserving team members and friends and family of management. Management often turns their heads at bullying and harassment.
