Training Coordinator Reviews

What is it like working as a Training Coordinator?

June 2021
Great city, low living expenses.
Training Coordinator in Montréal:
Pros: There are a lot of job opportunities and living expenses are low (from the bay area, California - so a huge difference). I love the innovative culture there is here.
Cons: People can be a bit cocky. The weather sucks.
June 2021
Great to Metro, Bad to Drive, Very Pricey.
Training Coordinator in Washington:
Pros: DC is a great area - it's easy to explore neighborhoods, always things to do and good food to eat. Commuting by car is very frustrating, so I highly recommend planning to use the metro system, which is extremely accessible.
Cons: Housing and food costs are high, so unless incomes are high, it can be tough to cover living costs.
April 2021
Helping others figure out what they want to be when they grow up.
Training Coordinator in Dayton:
Pros: Flex time, co-workers, meaningful work
Cons: Lack of clear communication, lack of support in job function
March 2021
Building Airplanes during flight, while making the parts out of wood.
Training Coordinator in Santa Maria:
Pros: The troubleshooting aspect of doing more with less.
Cons: Upper management does not manage.
January 2021
An Experience.
Training Coordinator in Blytheville:
Pros: Being able to work independently and knowing that what I do makes a difference in our employees working safely.
Cons: Communication - it could be much better
December 2020
Sharing my knowledge with others and helping become the best in their jobs.
Training Coordinator in mpumalanga:
Pros: Marking the exams
Cons: My salary
October 2020
Decent City Atmosphere, Horribly Expensive.
Training Coordinator in Eugene:
Pros: Best thing about working in Eugene is just being close to family. Outside of that, being close enough to nature is great too. 5-10 minutes and I can basically be in a forest.
Cons: Cost of living. Housing here is on par with pricing for Portland, which is absurd considering how much smaller Eugene is. Even making above average as I do, I would struggle to pay for an apartment on my own in a decent part of town.
