Pros: The environment in which I work in. I've got an incredible team behind me that always pushes me to learn and achieve more. I have had the chance to travel for training purposes, I get to work with various departments and different projects, but even more importantly, I can see the product of my labor and how it has a direct impact on the way people learn.
Cons: It can be a very time consuming and stressful job.
